Underworld: The Shelter is an RTS with tinges of RPG-like gameplay. While at first glance, it might remind you a lot of Fallout: Shelter, the truth is that it has much more profound elements come into play. Simultaneously, you'll be managing a refuge while also leading an exploration of the abyss and directly controlling fellow survivors.
From your shelter, you can view all of your survivors from a single vantage point, and what's more, you'll be able to give them orders so they carry out different actions. You'll also build onto your shelter with new work areas and rooms in order to build on your resources and obtain new technological skills.
In Underworld: The Shelter, you'll also need to send out fellow survivors into the wilderness in order to discover surrounding areas and resources. When you do so, you'll take charge of each character you send out using a virtual joystick located at the center of your screen, the only thing you have to do is interact with each element as it pops up on your screen by getting closer to it.
Underworld: The Shelter is an RPG/RTS game with an overall feel and design that are clearly inspired by on Fallout: Shelter, while also offering gameplay that's slightly more complex. All in all, this game is fun and full of possibilities.
